The challenge
Every morning started with exporting Amazon reports, cleaning them in spreadsheets and pasting numbers into NetSuite and a reporting deck — roughly four hours of work a day.
Settlement payouts rarely matched what finance expected, and tracking down the difference meant digging through fees, refunds and reimbursements line by line.
Leadership had no reliable, current view of sales and inventory by ASIN, so decisions lagged the data by days.
Audaxim AI integrated our NetSuite with Amazon and Redshift seamlessly. Daily reporting dropped from 4 hours to under 30 minutes — and reconciliation errors are a thing of the past.
What we built
- Connected Amazon SP-API order, inventory and financial event data to NetSuite with idempotent imports mapped to the brand’s items and chart of accounts.
- Built an automated pipeline into Amazon Redshift with incremental loads, feeding a reporting layer the whole team uses.
- Automated settlement reconciliation with fee and refund categorization, so every payout ties back to NetSuite deposits.
- Set up 24/7 monitoring with alerts for failed syncs and unusual variances.
The results
- Daily reporting dropped from about 4 hours to under 30 minutes — an 80% reduction.
- Reconciliation errors between Amazon payouts and NetSuite were eliminated.
- Operations and finance now work from the same numbers, refreshed automatically.
