Order Management

Every order from every channel, in one queue your team can work.

Our order dashboard brings Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and every other channel into one place, with advanced search across customers, SKUs and tracking numbers. Routing rules send each order to the right warehouse or fulfillment method, and status changes sync back to the channel automatically. Your team stops logging in to a dozen seller portals.

FAQ

Orders questions, answered

Does the order dashboard replace our ERP?

No. It sits alongside your ERP, handling channel-facing order work, while orders and fulfillments still sync to NetSuite or your accounting system.

Can we control what each team member sees?

Yes. User management lets you set role-based permissions, and the audit log records changes made by each user.

How are marketplace cancellations handled?

Buyer-requested cancellations are imported from the channel and flagged before fulfillment. Seller cancellations made in the dashboard are sent back to the marketplace with the appropriate reason code.

Can you add a channel you do not already support?

Usually, yes. If a channel has an API or a reliable file feed, we can connect it using the same order model as the rest of your channels.
