How quickly are stock changes reflected on marketplaces?
Updates are pushed as soon as stock changes. How fast a channel displays the new quantity depends on that marketplace's own processing, which is why we support per-channel safety buffers.
Can you manage inventory held at a 3PL?
Yes. We connect to 3PLs through their API, EDI or file feeds and treat each as a location in the same inventory model.
Do we have to replace NetSuite inventory?
No. NetSuite can remain the system of record; our platform syncs with it and adds channel-level logic such as buffers and bundle availability.
Will this really stop overselling?
Brands using our inventory sync have seen overselling drop to zero. That result depends on accurate receiving and counts, which our adjustment and audit tools help maintain.
