Idempotent order import

Orders are keyed on marketplace order ID and channel, so retries and replays never create duplicates. Taxes, shipping, discounts and marketplace fees post to the correct ERP lines.

Two-way inventory sync

Available quantity is pushed from ERP locations to each channel on change, with per-channel buffers and safety stock so you never sell what you do not have.

SKU & item mapping

Map marketplace SKUs, ASINs, Walmart item IDs and Shopify variants to ERP items, including kits, bundles and multi-pack conversions.

Fulfillment & tracking write-back

Item fulfillments and tracking numbers from the ERP or ShipStation are sent back to each marketplace to meet on-time shipment and valid tracking requirements.

Native API connectors

Built on Amazon SP-API, Walmart Marketplace API, eBay REST APIs, Shopify Admin API and webhooks, Mirakl and BigCommerce APIs, with rate-limit handling and token refresh.

Which ERPs and marketplaces do you support?

NetSuite is our primary ERP, and we also integrate with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks and Xero. On the channel side we connect to 200+ marketplaces and storefronts, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Target, Best Buy, Wayfair and Home Depot.

Do you replace our existing connector?

Only if it makes sense. If a current connector works for some channels, we can integrate around it; if it is causing duplicates or missed orders, we migrate you to our framework with a planned cutover.

How long does an integration take?

It depends on the number of channels and how customized your ERP is. Most projects go live in a few weeks, depending on scope, and we phase larger rollouts channel by channel.

What happens when a marketplace API fails?

Requests are retried with backoff, and anything that still fails lands in an error queue with the full response. Because imports are idempotent, replaying a batch never creates duplicate orders.
