Multi-Channel Fulfillment

Ship every channel on time from the right location, every time.

We connect order routing, ShipStation, 3PLs and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment into one fulfillment flow. Labels, tracking and shipment confirmations move back to each marketplace automatically, and inventory is relieved the moment an order ships. Brands running this flow have seen overselling drop to zero.

  • Carrier and service choices based on your rules
  • Inventory relieved the moment an order ships

Capabilities

Everything included in Fulfillment

ShipStation integration

Orders flow into ShipStation with mapped stores, tags and service rules, and shipments flow back with carrier, service, cost and tracking.

Amazon MCF

Fulfill Shopify, Walmart and other channel orders from FBA inventory using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, with status and tracking synced back.

3PL connections

Send orders to 3PLs via API, EDI or SFTP file drops and receive shipment confirmations and inventory snapshots in return.

Fulfillment routing rules

Decide by channel, SKU, destination and stock level whether an order ships from your warehouse, a 3PL, FBA or a dropship vendor.

SLA tracking

Ship-by and deliver-by dates from each marketplace drive work queues and alerts, so at-risk orders are handled first.

Shipment write-back

Tracking and carrier codes are formatted to each marketplace's requirements, including Walmart and Amazon valid tracking rules.

FAQ

Fulfillment questions, answered

Can we use FBA inventory for non-Amazon orders?

Yes, through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. We route eligible orders from other channels to MCF and sync tracking back, though some marketplaces have rules about branded packaging that you should confirm.

Do you work with our existing 3PL?

In most cases, yes. We connect through the 3PL's API, EDI or file exchange, whichever they support.

Do we need ShipStation?

No. ShipStation is our most common shipping integration, but routing and tracking sync also work with 3PLs and FBA directly.

How do you prevent overselling across fulfillment locations?

Inventory is relieved as soon as an order is routed and allocated, and available quantity is re-pushed to every channel. Combined with safety buffers, this is how brands have brought overselling down to zero.
