Warehouse Management

Faster picks, fewer mistakes, and stock you can actually find.

We give in-house warehouses the structure they need to scale: bin and lot locations, barcode scanning for receiving and picking, and optimized pick paths. Every scan updates inventory in real time, so channels and NetSuite reflect what is actually on the shelf. Work orders handle kitting and assembly in the same flow.

The shift

From manual workarounds to automated by default

Before Audaxim AI

  • Pickers walking the warehouse without a clear route
  • Wrong items shipped because nothing is scanned
  • Inventory that exists in the system but not on the shelf
  • Kits assembled without updating component stock
  • Receiving that lags days behind deliveries

After Audaxim AI

  • Optimized pick paths grouped by zone and bin
  • Scan-verified picking and packing
  • Bin-level accuracy maintained with cycle counts
  • Work orders that consume components and produce kits
  • Same-day receiving against purchase orders

Capabilities

Everything included in Warehouse

Bin & lot locations

Track stock by warehouse, zone, bin and lot or serial number, with expiration dates where your products require them.

Barcode scanning

Scan UPCs, GTINs or internal labels to receive, pick, pack and move stock, with mismatches blocked at the point of scan.

Pick-path optimization

Batch and wave picking sorts pick lists by bin sequence, reducing travel time for single-line and multi-line orders.

Work orders & kitting

Work orders assemble kits and bundles, consume component inventory and add finished goods to stock with a full record.

Receiving against POs

Receive inbound shipments against purchase orders, record over and short quantities, and put away directly to bins.

Cycle counts

Scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts by bin or SKU post adjustments with reason codes and sync them to NetSuite.

FAQ

Warehouse questions, answered

Is this a full WMS replacement?

For many in-house warehouses of growing brands, it covers what is needed: locations, scanning, picking, receiving and counts. If you already run a dedicated WMS, we can integrate with it instead.

What scanning hardware do we need?

Most standard barcode scanners and mobile computers work, including Zebra devices and Bluetooth scanners paired with tablets. We help you choose based on your volume and environment.

Can we track lots and expiration dates?

Yes. Lot and serial tracking with expiration dates is supported for products that need it, such as pet, beauty or supplement items.

Does it work with NetSuite bins?

Yes. Bin and location data can sync with NetSuite so warehouse activity and your ERP stay aligned.
